The Peñasco Theater has literally been the birthing ground of, I think, all of my significant work!! As a performance maker, having 24 hour access to a theater for long periods of time has been such an incredible resource and allowed me to make discoveries that I would never have come to without this space. I really don’t know anywhere else in the world, where one can research, make, and perform with such freedom and spaciousness. Long live the Peñasco Theater!
