My residency time was such a blessing. I was able to have time to experiment, play and enjoy a way of creating that doesn’t always feel available to me in the grind of regular life. It was such a joy to shift from figurative work to play with abstraction, shape and color. Thank you again to Al, Rafa, their family and the magic of this land.
