Fast paced and zany, Pepito y Carmelita is a clown show for all ages. It’s an interactive piece of clown theater that is being designed to play for the streets and festivals of the world, a visual, physical comedy journey that can be understood by anyone, anywhere. The audience itself is part of the show, and the acts are specifically crafted with the goal of participants experiencing success and being celebrated.

Molly Shannon, and Z Smith who have been working as clowns for the past 15 years, and have recently come together again to make a new show designed specifically as a street show we can take to festivals in Latin America. We developed the idea for it while on a Clowns Without Borders tour of Puerto Rico in February 2018, then created material which we ran on a second CWB tour of Puerto Rico this last October. We have been continuing to develop the show, and in April partnered with different non profits in Baltimore (Youth Leaders of Tomorrow, YMCA, Maryland Food Banks, Catholic Charities), and did a run of 10 donated shows in Baltimore.
